What is a private session?
It can be a 1-on-1 or consist of a small group. I also teach corporate/workplace classes and one-off events.
I will come to your home/workspace and teach a class specific to your needs.

How often should I do them?
You can do 1-3 sessions to address a specific issue or book a weekly slot for ongoing practice.

Why work privately?
Often these sessions can be used to address a particular injury or condition. We can discuss tools, variations, and modifications to bring back to a led class. I also take the time to explain the anatomy behind what might be going on. I will use postural assessments and various pose analyses to determine the best sequencing for your desired focus. Many students find these sessions tremendously helpful not only because of the individualized attention but also because the sessions can be scheduled at your convenience.
